The custodian shall transfer in an appropriate manner the custodial property to the minor or to the minor's estate upon the earlier of: (1) The minor's attainment of 21 years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under Section 35-5A-5 or 35-5A-6; (2) The minor's attainment of 19 years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under Section 35-5A-7 or 35-5A-8; or (3) The minor's death.

The custodian shall transfer in an appropriate manner the custodial property to the minor or to the minor's estate upon the earlier of: (1) the minor's attainment of 21 years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under AS 13.46.030 or 13.46.040; (2) the minor's attainment of 18 years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under AS 13.46.050 or 13.46.060; or (3) the minor's death.

The custodian shall transfer in an appropriate manner the custodial property to the minor or to the minor's estate on the earlier of: 1. The minor's attainment of twenty-one years of age with respect to custodial property transferred by gift or exercise of power of appointment; 2. The minor's attainment of eighteen years of age with respect to custodial property transferred by other means; 3. The minor's death.

The custodian shall transfer in an appropriate manner the custodial property to the minor or to the minor's estate upon the earlier of: (1) The minor's attainment of twenty-one (21) years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under § 9-26-204 or § 9-26-205; (2) The minor's attainment of eighteen (18) years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under § 9-26-206 or § 9-26-207; or (3) The minor's death.

The custodian shall transfer in an appropriate manner the custodial property to the minor or to the minor's estate upon the earlier of: (a) The minor's attainment of 18 years of age or the time specified in the transfer pursuant to Section 3920.5 (up to age 25); (b) The minor's attainment of 21 years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under Section 3904 or 3905; (c) The minor's death.

The custodian shall transfer in an appropriate manner the custodial property to the minor or to the minor's estate upon the earlier of: (a) The minor's attainment of twenty-one years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under section 11-50-105 or 11-50-106; (b) The minor's attainment of eighteen years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under section 11-50-107 or 11-50-108; or (c) The minor's death.

The custodian shall transfer in an appropriate manner the custodial property to the minor or to the minor's estate upon the earlier of: (1) The minor's attainment of twenty-one years of age; or (2) The minor's death.

The custodian shall transfer in an appropriate manner the custodial property to the minor or to the minor's estate upon the earlier of: (1) The minor's attainment of 21 years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under § 4504 or § 4505 of this title; (2) The minor's attainment of 18 years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under § 4506 or § 4507 of this title; or (3) The minor's death.

The custodian shall transfer in an appropriate manner the custodial property to the minor or to the minor's estate upon the earlier of: (1) The minor's attainment of 21 years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under § 21-304 or 21-305; (2) The minor's attainment of 18 years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under § 21-306 or 21-307; or (3) The minor's death.

The custodian shall transfer in an appropriate manner the custodial property to the minor or to the minor's estate upon the earlier of: (1) The minor's attainment of 21 years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under s. 710.105, s. 710.106, or s. 710.107, or age 25 if so designated; or (2) The minor's death.

The custodian shall transfer in an appropriate manner the custodial property to the minor or to the minor's estate upon the earlier of: (1) The minor's attainment of 21 years of age with respect to custodial property transferred by gift, will, or trust (or age 18 for other transfers); or (2) The minor's death.

The custodian shall transfer in an appropriate manner the custodial property to the minor or to the minor's estate upon the earlier of: (1) The minor's attainment of 21 years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under section 553A-4 or 553A-5; (2) The minor's attainment of 18 years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under section 553A-6 or 553A-7; or (3) The minor's death.

The custodian shall transfer in an appropriate manner the custodial property to the minor or to the minor's estate upon the earlier of: (1) The minor's attainment of twenty-one (21) years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under section 68-804 or 68-805; (2) The minor's attainment of eighteen (18) years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under section 68-806 or 68-807; or (3) The minor's death.

The custodian shall transfer in an appropriate manner the custodial property to the minor or to the minor's estate upon the earlier of: (1) the minor's attainment of 21 years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under Section 5 or 6; (2) the minor's attainment of majority under the laws of this State with respect to custodial property transferred under Section 7 or 8; or (3) the minor's death.

The custodian shall transfer the custodial property to the minor or to the minor's estate upon the earlier of the minor's attainment of twenty-one (21) years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under section 18 or 19; the minor's attainment of eighteen (18) years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under section 20 or 21; or the minor's death.

The custodian shall transfer in an appropriate manner the custodial property to the minor or to the minor's estate upon the earlier of: 1. The minor's attainment of twenty-one years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under section 565B.4 or 565B.5; 2. The minor's attainment of nineteen years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under section 565B.6 or 565B.7; or 3. The minor's death.

The custodian shall transfer in an appropriate manner the custodial property to the minor or to the minor's estate upon the earlier of: (1) The minor's attainment of 21 years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under K.S.A. 38-1705 or 38-1706; (2) the minor's attainment of 18 years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under K.S.A. 38-1707 or 38-1708; or (3) the minor's death.

The custodian shall transfer in an appropriate manner the custodial property to the minor or to the minor's estate upon the earlier of: (1) The minor's attainment of eighteen (18) years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under KRS 385.042, 385.052, 385.062, or 385.072 (or age 21/25 if designated by transferor); or (2) The minor's death.

The custodian shall transfer in an appropriate manner the custodial property to the minor or to the minor's estate upon the earlier of: (1) The minor's attainment of twenty-one years of age with respect to custodial property transferred by inter vivos gift or will, or eighteen years of age for other transfers; or (2) The minor's death or judicial emancipation.

The custodian shall transfer in an appropriate manner the custodial property to the minor or to the minor's estate upon the earlier of: 1. The minor's attainment of 18 years of age (or up to age 21 if expressly designated); or 2. The minor's death.

The custodian shall transfer in an appropriate manner the custodial property to the minor or to the minor’s estate upon the earlier of: (1) The minor’s attainment of 21 years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under § 13-304 or § 13-305; (2) The minor’s attainment of 18 years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under § 13-306 or § 13-307; or (3) The minor’s death.

The custodian shall transfer in an appropriate manner the custodial property to the minor or to the minor's estate upon the earlier of: (1) the minor's attainment of twenty-one years of age; or (2) the minor's death.

The custodian shall transfer in an appropriate manner the custodial property to the minor or to the minor's estate upon the earlier of the following: (a) The minor's attainment of 21 years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under section 13 or 14; (b) The minor's attainment of 18 years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under section 15 or 16; (c) The minor's death.

The custodian shall transfer in an appropriate manner the custodial property to the minor or to the minor's estate upon the earlier of: (1) the minor's attainment of 21 years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under section 527.24 or 527.25; (2) the minor's attainment of 18 years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under section 527.26 or 527.27; or (3) the minor's death.

The custodian shall transfer in an appropriate manner the custodial property to the minor or to the minor's estate upon the earlier of: (a) The minor's attainment of twenty-one (21) years of age; or (b) The minor's death.

The custodian shall transfer the custodial property to the minor or to the minor's estate upon the earlier of the minor's attainment of twenty-one years of age; or the minor's death.

The custodian shall transfer in an appropriate manner the custodial property to the minor or to the minor's estate upon the earlier of: (1) the minor's attainment of 21 years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under 72-26-601 or 72-26-602; (2) the minor's attainment of 18 years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under 72-26-603 or 72-26-604; or (3) the minor's death.

The custodian shall transfer in an appropriate manner the custodial property to the minor or to the minor's estate upon the earlier of: (1) The minor's attainment of twenty-one years of age; or (2) The minor's death.

The custodian shall transfer in an appropriate manner the custodial property to the minor or to the minor's estate upon the earlier of: 1. The minor's attainment of: (a) Eighteen years of age; or (b) Twenty-one years of age if the transfer was made pursuant to NRS 167.023 or 167.025; or (c) Up to twenty-five years of age if expressly provided; 2. The minor's death.

The custodian shall transfer in an appropriate manner the custodial property to the minor or to the minor's estate upon the earlier of: I. The minor's attainment of 21 years of age; or II. The minor's death.

The custodian shall transfer in an appropriate manner the custodial property to the minor or to the minor's estate upon the earlier of: a. The minor's attainment of 21 years of age; or b. The minor's death.

The custodian shall transfer in an appropriate manner the custodial property to the minor or to the minor's estate upon the earlier of: A. the minor's attainment of twenty-one years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under Section 46-7-14 or 46-7-15; B. the minor's attainment of majority under the laws of this state (18) with respect to custodial property transferred under Section 46-7-16 or 46-7-17; or C. the minor's death.

The custodian shall transfer in an appropriate manner the custodial property to the minor or to the minor's estate upon the earlier of: (a) The minor's attainment of twenty-one years of age; or (b) The minor's death.

The custodian shall transfer in an appropriate manner the custodial property to the minor or to the minor's estate upon the earlier of: (1) The minor's attainment of 21 years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under G.S. 33A-4 or G.S. 33A-5; (2) The minor's attainment of 18 years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under G.S. 33A-6 or G.S. 33A-7; or (3) The minor's death.

The custodian shall transfer in an appropriate manner the custodial property to the minor or to the minor's estate upon the earlier of: 1. The minor's attainment of twenty-one years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under section 47-24.1-04 or 47-24.1-05; 2. The minor's attainment of eighteen years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under section 47-24.1-06 or 47-24.1-07; or 3. The minor's death.

The custodian shall deliver the custodial property to the minor or to the minor's estate upon the earlier of the minor's attainment of twenty-one years of age (or up to age twenty-five if specified by transferor); or the minor's death.

The custodian shall transfer in an appropriate manner the custodial property to the minor or to the minor's estate upon the earlier of: 1. The minor's attainment of twenty-one (21) years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under Section 175.104 or 175.105; 2. The minor's attainment of eighteen (18) years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under Section 175.106 or 175.107; or 3. The minor's death.

The custodian shall transfer in an appropriate manner the custodial property to the minor or to the minor's estate upon the earlier of: (1) The minor's attainment of 21 years of age (or up to age 25 if specified by transferor); or (2) The minor's death.

The custodian shall transfer in an appropriate manner the custodial property to the minor or to the minor's estate upon the earlier of: (1) the minor's attainment of 21 years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under section 5304 or 5305 (or age 25 if specified); (2) the minor's attainment of 21 years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under section 5306 or 5307; or (3) the minor's death.

The custodian shall transfer in an appropriate manner the custodial property to the minor or to the minor's estate upon the earlier of: (1) The minor's attainment of twenty-one (21) years of age; or (2) The minor's death.

The custodian shall transfer in an appropriate manner the custodial property to the minor or to the minor's estate upon the earlier of: (1) the minor's attainment of twenty-one years of age; or (2) the minor's death.

The custodian shall transfer in an appropriate manner the custodial property to the minor or to the minor's estate upon the earlier of: (1) The minor's attainment of twenty-one years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under § 55-10A-4 or 55-10A-5; (2) The minor's attainment of eighteen years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under § 55-10A-6 or 55-10A-7; or (3) The minor's death.

The custodian shall transfer in an appropriate manner the custodial property to the minor or to the minor's estate upon the earlier of: (1) The minor's attainment of twenty-one (21) years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under § 35-7-105 or § 35-7-106 (or age 25 if specified); (2) The minor's attainment of eighteen (18) years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under § 35-7-107 or § 35-7-108; or (3) The minor's death.

The custodian shall transfer in an appropriate manner the custodial property to the minor or to the minor's estate on the earlier of: (1) the minor's attainment of 21 years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under Section 141.005 or 141.006; (2) the minor's attainment of majority under the laws of this state (18) with respect to custodial property transferred under Section 141.007 or 141.008; or (3) the minor's death.

The custodian shall transfer in an appropriate manner the custodial property to the minor or to the minor's estate upon the earlier of: (1) the minor's attainment of 21 years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under Section 75-5a-105 or 75-5a-106; (2) the minor's attainment of 18 years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under Section 75-5a-107 or 75-5a-108; or (3) the minor's death.

The custodian shall transfer in an appropriate manner the custodial property to the minor or to the minor's estate upon the earlier of: (1) the minor's attainment of 21 years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under section 3204 or 3205; (2) the minor's attainment of 18 years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under section 3206 or 3207; or (3) the minor's death.

The custodian shall transfer in an appropriate manner the custodial property to the minor or to the minor's estate upon the earlier of: 1. The minor's attainment of 18 or 21 years of age (or up to age 25 if specified by transferor); or 2. The minor's death.

The custodian shall transfer in an appropriate manner the custodial property to the minor or to the minor's estate upon the earlier of: (1) The minor's attainment of twenty-one years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under RCW 11.114.040 or 11.114.050 (or up to age 25); (2) The minor's attainment of eighteen years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under RCW 11.114.060 or 11.114.070; or (3) The minor's death.

The custodian shall transfer in an appropriate manner the custodial property to the minor or to the minor's estate upon the earlier of: (1) The minor's attainment of twenty-one years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under section four or five; (2) The minor's attainment of majority under the laws of this state (18) with respect to custodial property transferred under section six or seven; or (3) The minor's death.

The custodian shall transfer in an appropriate manner the custodial property to the minor or to the minor's estate upon the earlier of: (1) The minor's attainment of 21 years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under s. 54.858 or 54.862; (2) The minor's attainment of 18 years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under s. 54.866 or 54.870; or (3) The minor's death.

The custodian shall transfer in an appropriate manner the custodial property to the minor or to the minor's estate upon the earlier of: (i) The minor's attainment of twenty-one (21) years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under W.S. 34-13-117 or 34-13-118; (ii) The minor's attainment of majority under the laws of this state (18) with respect to custodial property transferred under W.S. 34-13-119 or 34-13-120 (or up to age 30 for certain custodial trusts); (iii) The minor's death.

Custodial guardianship and administration of property belonging to the minor terminates upon the minor attaining the age of twenty-one (21) under pre-2020 code (or eighteen under 2020 revision), or upon earlier emancipation or judicial determination, at which time all custodial property is delivered to the individual or the estate.
