And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. -KJV(1611), Genesis 2:7
By baptism one is incorporated into the Church of Christ and is constituted a person in it with the duties and rights which are proper to Christians in keeping with their condition, insofar as they are in ecclesiastical communion and unless a legitimately issued sanction stands in the way. – Vatican Canon Law, Canon 96 (Physical and Juridic Persons)
Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons. -Acts 10:34 Are you a “person”, an “individual” or “human being”?
This is answered in the negative in all relations to the aforementioned labels that man made laws attempt to impose upon you. Yes God formed man of the dust (humus) of the ground. (Genesis 2:7).
In classical soil science, humus is the dark organic matter in soil that is formed by the decomposition of plant and animal matter. It is a kind of soil organic matter. It is rich in nutrients and retains moisture in the soil. Humus is the Latin word for "earth" or "ground".
A “human” is a man made of humus, formed by God of the dust of the ground. However, that vessel is merely that, a vessel for either good or evil, conscious or unconscious to the world and his/her spirituality. It was God that breathed into man the breath of life, his/her consciousness and the ability to communicate with God. (The key of the House of David shall open the door [to consciousness] that cannot be closed - Isaiah 22:22)
We all experience those among us that fail to have even a glimmer of consciousness to the divine spirit, of them, they have labeled and provide “Human Services” to, and to whom they reference as “Human Resources” or “Human Capital.”
In Balantine’s Self Pronouncing Law Dictionary (1948), page 389, a Human Being is defined or referenced as “See-‘Monster’” and on page 540 of the same a “Monster” is defined as “a human being by birth, but in some part resembling a lower animal.”
In Webster’s New World Dictionary, 3rd Ed. (1988) a “Monster” was defined as “a person so cruel, wicked, depraved, etc., as to horrify others.” In the Random House Dictionary of the English Language, 2nd Ed., page 901 “Human Being” is defined as a “Natural man: unenlightened of unregenerate,” and on page 1461, “unregenerate” means “not regenerate; unrepentant; and unregenerate sinner; not convinced by or unconverted to a particular religion; wicked, sinful, dissolute.”
This ties right back the Vatican description of “Christians in keeping with their condition” which means original sin. The sacrament of baptism says nothing about washing away sins, but rather to incorporate one as a “person” and binding one to sin.
The term “natural man” is synonymous with “natural person” as defined in man made laws. “Natural Person means human being, and not an artificial or juristic person.” Shawmut Bank, N.A. v Valley Farms, 610 A 2d. 652, 654, 222 Conn. 361. “Natural Person: Any human beinig who as such is a legal entity as distinguished from an artificial person, like a corporation, which derives its status as a legal entity from being recognized so in law. “Natural Child: the ordinary euphemism for ‘bastard’ or illegitimate.” Amon v. Moreschi, 296 N.Y. 395, 73 N.E. 2d 716.” Radin’s Law Dictionary (1955), page 216.
Those hu-man’s that are spiritually dead belong to the prince of this world because he is dead himself. Satan has dominion over the natural man, for he is the prince of this world. KJV, John 12:31, 14:30, 16:11. As a consequence he has dominion over those of the world, or those that chose to think with their belly and not of the spirit, (Philipians 3:19) those who receive not the things manifested from the Spirit of God and reject Christ. Because the bondsman in Christ is sanctified from the world, he is risen up and separated from the adversary’s dominion over him-sin or that of sin (sinner) John 8:34.
Thomas Boston quoted the complete works of Augustus Toplady (1794), page 584. “But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are the follishness unto him: neither can he know them, because the are spiritually discerned.” 1 Cor. 2:14. This is evidence that the natural man is spiritually dead.
“The natural man is a spiritual monster, his heart is where his feet should be, fixed upon the earth; his heels are lifted up against heaven, which his heart should be set on. His face is toward hell; his back toward heaven. He loves what he should hate, and hates what he should love; joys in what he ought to mourn for, and mourns for what he should rejoice in; glories in his shame, and is ashamed of his glory; abhors what he should desire, and desires what he should abhor.” Thomas, supra.
“Individuals (bondsmen) rely for protection of their right on God’s Law, and not upon regulations and proclamations of departments of government, or officers who have been designated to carry laws into effect.” Baty v. Sale, 43 Ill. 351.”
